好きな絵本

今日は私の好きな絵本を紹介したいと思います。絵本？って思うかも知れませんが今回はどの世代でも読める（または読みきかせてあげられる）もので、お気にいりの３冊を。 おばけのてんぷら せな けいこ あらすじ うさこがご機嫌に天ぷらを揚げてると、 美味しそうな匂いに誘われて山からお化けが忍びこんでくるお話。 もともとおばあちゃん家にあった絵本で、 小さい頃に確かホコリ被ったところから引っぱりだして読み始めたのがキッカケだったような。 作者さん特有の和紙（？）を使ったイラストつきで、 お化け題材ですが当時は不気味なんだけどポップな感じを味わってました。 落ちついた色合いも好きで、お休み前には優しい。 魔女図鑑　魔女になるための11のレッスン Malcolm...

Berlin

先日、3泊4日でベルリンに行って来ました。イギリスの最寄りの空港から約1時間半という速さで到着。やはり国が違うと街並みも全然違う。都会だけど東京の様に高層ビルは殆どなく、開放的で見あげれば広い空。古典的な建物があったと思えば、すぐ隣りに現代的な建造もあって極端なんだなぁ、と眺めていました。きっと歴史的な背景も大きいのでしょう。記念碑として残っているベルリンの壁を前にして世界史に足を突っ込んでみたくなった。地下鉄に乗って美術館に足を運んだのも充実した時間でした。公共機関のサービスのひとつとして、バスツアーがあったのですがアレはかなりお薦め。イヤフォンで日本語の解説を聞きながら街をぐるっと回れて...

Lytes Carey
